Karim was outstanding from the time I called for a quote until he left the house after work was completed. He explained on the phone the aspects of the work I should expect specifically the surprises that we may run into while mounting a tv above a fireplace and one on a premade furniture. Most quotes will not take that into account but Karim took the time to explain possible scenarios. As he was working on the 2 tv mounts, he did run into issues which he thoroughly explained to us, and provided us with alternatives to each. He also resolved and adjusted to obstacles.
