Karim goes above and beyond in the customer service department. It has been about a year since Karim has setup our sound system and when our power went out and disconnected the system he called me back immediately and was on the phone for over an hour to trouble shoot the issue. I am the worst with technology and he was very patient and great explaining the steps. He does a great job with installations, is very professional, reliable and always goes above and beyond.
