Extremely courteous knowledgeable, competitive pricing, clean, and professional. I had 3 different companies come out for quotes on a new security alarm system with cameras in our College Point warehouse. This is the only company that listened to each of my requests and was able to get a correct quote to me the first time around. At the same time they were also the most professional and very competitive. Installation process was a breeze again very professional and 100% clean installation the first time. All wires were installed completely out of the way and no shortcuts were taken. After installation everything was explained in detail to ensure proper use. I've also already called to ask them a question about personalizing the camera system and they were able to answer my question within minutes!!!

Karim and his team were all great. Karim came to our warehouse for an initial site visit and got us a quote same day. He even came back the next day to answer any follow up questions we had. KARIM and Feliz are very responsive and patient. It's unfortunate that you need to alarm and camera your home like Fort Knox against the skells in this world but if you are going to do so..call Empire. No 800 number and waiting for an appointment. .quick response ..reasonable pricing..

Karim was outstanding from the time I called for a quote until he left the house after work was completed. He explained on the phone the aspects of the work I should expect specifically the surprises that we may run into while mounting a tv above a fireplace and one on a premade furniture. Most quotes will not take that into account but Karim took the time to explain possible scenarios. As he was working on the 2 tv mounts, he did run into issues which he thoroughly explained to us, and provided us with alternatives to each. He also resolved and adjusted to obstacles. Karim goes above and beyond in the customer service department. It has been about a year since Karim has setup our sound system and when our power went out and disconnected the system he called me back immediately and was on the phone for over an hour to trouble shoot the issue. I am the worst with technology and he was very patient and great explaining the steps. He does a great job with installations, is very professional, reliable and always goes above and beyond.

Our 150 unit condo in Forest Hills was looking to install a key less entry based system for all it's residents. Our condo board had selected a few contractors to provide estimates. We ultimately felt that Empire provided not only a competitive and reasonable price but was great at providing timely follow-ups to technical and cost questions . Karim (the owner) was very patient during our extensive and lengthy contract review process and was able to provide all necessary documentation (license/insurance) etc and answering any additional questions. When work started, his crew was very quick in getting everything installed in a neat and tidy manner. We had the system up and running ahead of schedule with only minimal issues. We are now close to 5 months since getting our system installed and have had a few minor hiccup of which were quickly addressed and resolved. Overall, we are happy with the service, professionalism and above us timeliness/quality of service.
