This is the 2x I've used Empire Secure for a TV install and would use them again, and recommend them in a heartbeat! Kamir and his assistant are incredible at what the do, they areknowledgeable, with great customer service, and a great value.

Karim & crew at Empire are that rare combination of knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and reasonably priced. They are the kind of vendor I am always hoping to find but rarely do. I will never need to look for another security system vendor.

I used them to install a flat screen TV on my wall and I was highly impressed by their customer service. They were very professional and on time for the appointment. Karim explained all the steps of the process and ask for any questions/input. They were very meticulous and detailed oriented; he even offered to change a broken outlet at no additional cost! After they were done they cleaned up the mess and the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them in the future.

Empire Secure Installation was marvelous! Karim and his associate were very professional. They were quick but effective in mounting our 50 in tv. They brought everything that we needed with them. We only had to provide the tv and the wall. Their price was also very reasonable. I was so taken by their wonderful work that I recommended them to my church for our media and projector installation. Simply put, these guys are the best and I highly recommend them. 5 stars

I would highly recommend Empire Secure Installation for your TV mounting needs. Karim did a fantastic job mounting our 65" TV and he was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I called on a Saturday and he was able to come a few hours later. He kept me updated on his timing, even texting me to say he was running 20 minutes late due to traffic. They brought their own mount, but had no issue when I asked to use a different one that I had previously purchased. Installation was quick and done perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful explaining how to make any adjustments to the mount. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Karim is THE BEST. He was extremely accommodating, came over late and quickly installed a tv mount and a hanging entertainment stand for us. He offered the best rate in the area, was efficient and walked us through what he was doing at every step. I'll definitely be recommending him to family and friends. I usually work late, so his flexibility really worked for me.

Empire installed our telephone, network, alarm and camera systems well over 2 years now. They have done an excellent job from day one. Pleasure to work with and very reliable.

Empire was amazing, it's a two man show, the owner does the work. They came on time and hung our 60' TV with mount we provided. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. They called to confirm our appointment the night before, and the day of the appointment to say they were in route. It was great, I didn't have to wait around all day like with Cablevision with a ridiculous window of time. They made sure the TV was level, secured tightly to the wall, tested all electronics to work and cleaned up. My wife was not home when they hung it. She is very OCD, the leveling was off slightly according to her. Empire made a second trip back for free to fix it, they took it off the wall and rehung it just to ensure she was satisfied! They came after 9pm from another job and even worked with hand tools to ensure my neighbors wouldn't get upset. They are very meticulous and work smart. They went ABOVE and Beyond for this install. They hid the wires in the wall and behind the TV and did an extra outlet behind the TV. It looks magazine worthy! Thank you Empire!

Karim evaluated and installed security cameras on my home. He was great communicating the what, when, where, why, how and cost. He arrived on time with his assistant and completed the installation on a timely manner. He was very clean, organized and "hid" all wires with fashionable covers. I am extremely satisfied with his work. Highly recommended.

Empire have ran the extra mile for a project of having a 43* inches TV wall mounted. They have exceed my expectations . I bought a TV online for black Friday and never opened it up until Empire come to my house to wall mount it. By the time they turned the TV on, it comes up the screen was damaged. They took care of it. I called the merchant and they had it another one in stock, we went over, pick up the new TV, come back home and Empire finalized the job. Very professional, punctual. It was an outstanding service, They didn't take my card until I finished the exchange of the damaged TV with the merchant and come back home with the new unit. They provided the transportation of the damaged TV to the store and then just finish the project. Amazing!!!!!!

Empire upgraded the entire security system for our building in New York City and the experience was outstanding. Other providers suggested extremely time consuming and expensive methods to accomplish our goals. Empire was extremely efficient and honest and used as much of our existing system as possible while adding much needed new equipment which was well worth the money. Empire’s technicians were polite and punctual. I would highly recommend Empire to anyone for security or AV projects.
